In accordance with F.S. 189.069(2)(a)
1. Full Legal Name: Homestead 50 Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Established October 6, 2006, by Ordinance No. 06-136 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f), (except for powers regarding waste disposal) F.S. and Section 190.012(3) and approved by City of Homestead Resolution No. 2005-08-108 on August 28, 2006.

The District is located in the City of Homestead (the “City”), Miami-Dade County, Florida, more particularly described as being situated south of Southwest 320th Street (Mowry Drive), west of Southwest 157th Avenue and east of Southwest 162nd Avenue (Farm Life Road). The land lies in Section 17, Township 57 South, Range 39 East.
